Leadership Success Factors

Evaluation Questionnaire

This self-evaluation questionnaire helps leaders assess and obtain constructive and safe “360 degree” feedback and set in motion a professional development plan.  Groups that use this tool have gained substantial insight into how their leadership roles fit together (we can’t be good at everything!) as well as which success factors are most important to obtaining the desired results.  Contact us for details.

Suggestion: Before you begin this survey, decide on the scope of your assessment – are you rating just your work unit, your boss, a co-worker, or the entire organization?
